WELCOME TO TLUXXE NAILS! BEFORE YOU BOOK Please review the TLuxxe Nail Studio booking policies before reserving your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. 01 — BOOKING + DEPOSITS A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits must temporarily be submitted via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay to 313-910-6222. Appointments are not officially confirmed until the deposit has been received and verified. Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. 02 — CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations and the deposit is considered forfeited and a new appointment is required. Deposits are non-refundable. 03 — LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $10 late fee if the appointment can still be accommodated. At 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. 04 — NO-SHOWS Appointments that are missed without notice are considered no-shows. No-shows are responsible for 100% of the remaining appointment balance and must satisfy the outstanding balance before booking another appointment. 05 — GUESTS + CHILDREN TLuxxe Nail Studio is an intimate, one-on-one space designed for you to relax and enjoy your appointment. Please arrive alone. The studio cannot accommodate additional guests or children unless they are receiving a scheduled service. 06 — PREVIOUS NAIL WORK To ensure the best possible results, I do not perform fills or maintenance over another nail technician’s work. If you currently have product applied by another technician, please add a soak-off/removal to your appointment. 07 — SERVICE CONCERNS + REFUNDS All services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your nails, please contact TLuxxe Nail Studio within 72 hours of your appointment. When appropriate, a complimentary touch-up will be provided. Repairs requested after the 72-hour window may be subject to the regular repair fee. 08 — NAIL HEALTH + SAFETY For your safety and mine, services cannot be performed on nails or surrounding skin showing signs of an active infection, fungus, open cuts, or other conditions that may make the service unsafe. If a potential infection or fungal condition is observed, service may be refused or discontinued. Please inform your nail technician before service of any known allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients such as latex or acetone. THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING TLUXXE POLICIES. Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations and may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance.
